Back in the swing after some cold temperatures.

was feeling rusty, but by the final pie, things were coming together..honey in the dough this time..and provolone with the mozzarella.

shrimp with garlic, speck and chorizo

tried this dish over the summer in the wood oven..cooks quickly..garlic and meats should be sauteed ahead of time, then finished in the oven with shrimp.
